Nevernight comes out in August, and I think you’ll love it.
Half the War concludes the journey we embarked on with Yarvi in Half a King, bringing his tale to its stunning conclusion and reminding us why we love to read Abercrombie’s stories so much. This novel encapsulates the best of Joe’s writing and world-building, and has left me awed and wanting more.
I’m giving away five copies of An Ember in the Ashes to some lucky AU and NZ residents!
Joe Abercrombie *squeal* recently visited Australia and I was very lucky to have the opportunity to sit down and talk to him about his newest release, Half the World, the second book in his YA series The Shattered Sea.
A brilliantly crafted sequel to Half a King, Half the World takes us back into the world of the Shattered Sea, introducing us to two new protagonists and letting us catch up with some old favourites.
The Fire Sermon is the first book in what promises to be an exciting post-apocalyptic series. Well executed and action-filled, it will grip readers from the first page.
I’m giving away a signed copy of Robin Hobb’s Fool’s Assassin to an Aussie reader!

I know that many fans were a bit worried when he announced that he’s writing a YA novel set in a whole new world. I don’t know why they were worried – Abercrombie proves that he is a skilled and adaptable writer with Half a King.
I’ve enjoyed Bound a lot and encourage readers who like their urban fantasy dark and gritty to pick it up. Fans of Butcher and Wendig won’t be disappointed.
